CIRANO welcomed the Association of Former Quebec Delegates for the launch of a hybrid conference focusing on trade resilience, market diversification, and Quebec’s international positioning. The event provided an opportunity to present the digital twin of the Great Lakes–St. Lawrence corridor developed by the GVCdtLab.
