Stéphane Paquin, full professor at the École nationale d'administration publique (ÉNAP), director of the Groupe de recherche et d'études sur l'international et le Québec (GERIQ) and CIRANO researcher, will publish the book « Louise Beaudoin. Entretiens » on 1 April 2025, published by Éditions du Boréal. 

Co-written with Mathieu Roy, the book retraces, through fascinating interviews, Louise Beaudoin's many struggles to secure Quebec's rightful place in the concert of nations.
