On December 4, 2024, HEC Montréal awarded various research and teaching prizes in recognition of the excellence of its faculty.

Fifteen prizes were awarded at the ceremony. Among the winners, two CIRANO researchers and Fellows received prizes:

• Thierry Warin, full professor at HEC Montréal and CIRANO researcher and Fellow, received the Teaching Innovation Award – Chenelière Éducation for the Futures World Championship (FWC) competition.

• Pierre-Olivier Pineau, full professor at HEC Montréal and CIRANO researcher and Fellow, has received the Esdras Minville Award for his exceptional contribution to HEC Montréal’s renown.
